Kindergarten Graduation
We hope all kindergarten families will be joining us tomorrow at 1:00 PM for our graduation ceremony. This is a special day for this class. Thanks to Ms. Torborg for making this a great celebration and look back at the year.
School Cleaning
All families are asked to join us Monday and/or Tuesday June 10-11 for school cleaning at 5:30. This is a great way to assist Mr. Eischens. We can be done in an hour or two with enough helping hands.
Last Day of School & 5th Grade Graduation -- May 24, 2019
Next Friday Mass will be pushed back to 9:00. We encourage all families to join us for this special final Mass of the year with the graduation ceremony to follow. We encourage students to dress up for this Mass. They will have an opportunity to change clothes before going on their picnics.
We will need a couple of parents to help supervise the students outside after graduation so all school staff can attend the graduation brunch. If you are able to help with this, please contact the office asap.
Fifth graders will have the opportunity for professional photos that morning before Mass, and you will be receiving an order form if you choose to make a purchase. I suggest they were their "Sunday best."
Each homeroom teacher is planning a picnic afternoon on the last day of school. Watch for permission forms and plans from the teachers.
Report Cards
Next Thursday we will be sending home report cards along with NWEA assessment results and Reading Counts reports.
Tuition Contracts
School tuition contracts for 2019-2020 were sent home this week. We encourage you to return these in the next week along with the materials fee. You will save $50 if you pay the materials fee on or before May 31.
Field Day--Date Changed!
We are looking forward to an exciting field day next Monday. Due to the weather reports, we are bumping our scheduled field day to Monday instead of Tuesday. Students should dress to be outside, wear/bring sunscreen, and bring a water bottle. We will have a variety of activities and anticipate a wonderful day.
